We are a huge global insurance company and we were able to make a difference and work with agility in a very short time. We have made technological and social changes, impacted our business and others, and used them to create opportunities. This includes investing in existing employees and the new job and career choices that follow. We are committed to helping people get through these changes. Our in-house Automation Academy is one such example, giving everyone in the company the opportunity to learn new skills by working with technology. RA: Of course, I am very proud to have been selected as a finalist for this magnificent prize. I think this reflects diligence and a positive business culture. Since its launch, the pipeline has had more processes, automating hundreds of processes. Instead of sending paper or mail, they helped expedite payments to customers, gather policy documents, and quickly communicate important changes. Most importantly, we took our people and our culture on a journey. It shows that automation is not something to be afraid of, but one that can provide an opportunity for everyone. We have changed the career paths of many people and trained people with new skills that they would normally have “bought” in the past. We want a sustainable and efficient organization that can perfectly serve our customers and be an exciting place to work for everyone.

CTG: What are you working on this year?

RA: This year, we will focus on expanding the concept of this academy and enhancing our company’s capabilities to take advantage of a variety of new tools, not just automation. By retraining and retraining our staff, who know our customers better than anyone else, we can make the most of our technical insurance knowledge and the latest cutting edge technologies. This enables strong partnerships and benefits for our clients. We also work with governments and shadow government agencies in a number of ways, including ethical AI and responsible automation.
