Summary:
The primary objective of the Senior HR Manager will be to maintain and lead a broad knowledge of the HR functions, ranging from Talent Acquisition to Onboarding, Risk and Compliance, Training and Development and industrial relations, compensation and benefits administration.

Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of all human resources functions
- Strong administrative skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Good planning, time management and sense of organization
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Be proactive and very efficient
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Methodical, organized, structured and systematic
- Integrity and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Must be deadline driven
Qualifications:
- Relevant higher degree related to human resources
Experience:
- Minimum of six years of demonstrated experience in a senior human resources role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- High level of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of all relevant labor legislation (BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEE)
