Real estate professionals highlighted the role of digital technology in real estate business, insisting that digital technology will enhance trust and security in real estate development.

COO of DUKAN Group and promoters of VEGAHs, Nigerian Real Estate Tech, Chinedu Amadi, who made the claim when announcing plans for VEGAHs fifth anniversary celebration, said Real Estate Tech would continue to leverage technology. at the service of its customers, adding that the company will choose its theme among digital technology, for the celebrations.

Established in 2016, VEGAH has worked to bridge the trust gap between clients and landowners often complicated by the political somersaults of regulators. VEGAH surprised industry watchers, as a new entrant, by developing the VinoFacility app – the coding system which is a unique identifier for individual industry players and tracks their success.

According to Amadi, VEGAH’s pioneering entry into the real estate development market was cemented by the innovative land bank – a savings investment solution, often seen as a retirement scheme that allows individuals or groups to select real estate investment and pay “little by little” or rather according to a preferred payment plan. It is a real estate savings plan that is both flexible and adapted to a targeted real estate investment portfolio. The acceptance of these innovative user-friendly products is a demanding and exuberant clientele.

The 5th Anniversary Package has been configured to provide bonding opportunities between VEGAH staff, consultants, landowners and tenants, Amadi explained.

According to him, the anniversary celebrations would start with feeding the most vulnerable in December. “At least 100 of the less privileged, randomly selected from the slums of Lagos, will be fed. The thanksgiving service follows on January 16 and the celebrations will culminate on January 17 with a carnival and gala evening at the head office in Ajah, Lagos State. The event would end with Islamic prayers on Friday, January 21, 2022,” Amadi said.
