Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional degree in a field related to architecture, engineering or design or equivalent professional experience in A / E.

· Has 4 to 8 years of experience in architectural design development, construction documentation as well as BIM management on a wide variety of project types.

· Is a good user of Revit, with proven experience on large scale and complex projects, with very strong expertise with the family editor.

Mastery of the Autodesk BIM 360 solution (documentation, design collaboration, etc.)

Ability to leverage data and Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.

Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper and Rhino Inside Revit.

· Familiarity with Twinmotion / Unreal.

· Likes challenging design and intricate geometry.

· Has knowledge of architectural design and is familiar with the basics of producing architectural drawing sets and 3D coordination.

· Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.

· Transmit strong conceptual design skills.

Able to develop the design option in collaboration with the design team.

· Strong organizational skills.

Able to work under pressure, meet budgeted deadlines and deadlines.

· Flexible and open to new ways of working.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· A passion for working at the intersection of design, technology and computation.

· Programming and scripting ability an asset, Revit API C #, C ++, Python.


· Development of specific Revit families for a personalized project.

· Develop a BIM execution plan aligning with standards in various markets.

· Monitor and control the quality of Revit models.

· Development of specific Revit families for a personalized project.

Ability to develop, prepare and update models and drawings according to project requirements.

· Assist the design team in their BIM development and act as a digital project manager (DPL).


· Assist nurses, support and train people in their transition to Revit, other technologies and new workflows.

· Establish, develop and implement a design technology workflow within and beyond Revit in collaboration with the DT team.

· Oversee and update the company’s Revit model in coordination with the design technology team.

· Ability to coordinate in Revit with other disciplines, Interior, Structural and MEP.

Help oversee all BIM related matters on the assigned project, while reporting to the BIM Design Technology Director.


· Establish, develop and implement a design technology workflow within and beyond Revit in collaboration with the DT team.

· Research and test new technologies.
